Shore Refrigeration & Air is run by Andre, with more than sixteen years in refrigeration and air conditioning behind him. He answers the phone himself, and he turns up to do the job, often with Dale alongside him on installs. John is out on service calls too.
The work runs from a single split system through to swapping out a whole ducted reverse cycle system, and it goes wherever it is needed, from Northam and Toodyay across to Kalamunda and High Wycombe. Our own phrase for the patch is servicing the Avon to the Swan.

Andre was responsive and respectful and he and his team did an outstanding job! Andre was clear all the way through, was always on time, completely reliable, no hidden costs, cleaned up beautifully and the price was very reasonable. Andre was happy to answer questions and give time to the problem. Definitely recommend.

We received timely communication and prompt service from Shore Air. John came out to service our split systems and our central system. He provided excellent service. Took photos of all his work and stayed late to explain everything and report on the systems. Genuinely nice guy and we were very impressed. Would highly recommend this company for our fellow Hills residents.

Highly recommend Shore Refrigeration & Air! They squeezed me in after hours when I was having an issue with my aircon, which I was so grateful for. They didn't rush the job at all, took the time to answer all my questions, and explained everything clearly. They showed me their findings and made sure I understood what was going on before fixing the issue. So happy to have air con back. Professional and genuinely fantastic customer service. Pricing was great too!!

Andre and Dale quoted and installed a 16Klw system in as replacement system new for old. Andre and Dale you need gold medals for spending several hours in roof cavity on a 41deg Beverley day. I totally recommend Shore Refrigeration and Air 100% top job. Andre and Dale went above and beyond the call of duty, to give me a climate controlled home.
